  • What if I have questions about a workout?
    Feel free to ask your questions on the Facebook page, or email kristin@calledtosweat.com on your p-days and I will answer them.
  • What if I'm a beginner?
    No worries! Each workout will be modifiable to fit your needs and abilities.
  • Do I need equipment?
    No, the workouts will be bodyweight. There will be an option to add weight if you have access to it.
  • What if I'm advanced?
    No worries! Each workout will have an option to increase the difficulty or intensity.
  • How often will I get new workouts?
    Every week you’ll be emailed 6 workouts. Every few months you’ll have some repeat workouts to see if you’ve improved.
  • When will the workouts be emailed to me?
    They will be emailed to you every Sunday so you have them ready for the week.
  • What if my companion doesn't want to workout?
    These workouts can be done in your apartment. But chances are they are going to see how fit you are and how much fun you're having and want to join in 😀
  • How will I get the workouts?
    They will be emailed to the email account you sign up. So make sure you sign up with the missonary email so they are sent there. If you signed up with a different email or need to change it, just email kristin@calledtosweat.com to make the change.
  • What if I don't know how to do one of the exercises?
    Go to www.facebook.com/LDSCalledtoSweat for video demonstrations showing the exercises. If you don't have access to Facebook, you will get access to a google drive with all of the video demos of the exercises if you'd prefer that.
