I’m so excited for you to try this week’s Family Plank & Pray Challenge!

It’s quick, meaningful, and designed to help your family strengthen both your bodies and spirits — no matter where you are in the world.

Each day, you’ll hold a plank for a few seconds longer then the day before, then end together in prayer or gratitude. It’s a simple reminder that consistency in the small things builds strength in all things — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
