Hi, I'm Kristin. At Called To Sweat, I provide fitness programs tailored to the needs of missionaries all over the world. As a mother of five, one of whom is a missionary, I have seen first-hand the need for a fitness plan that can be easily accessed and adapted to any environment. Having been a fitness and nutrition coach for over 20 years, I have seen the positive impact that exercise can have on a person’s physical and mental health. My mission is to provide quality fitness programs that will benefit missionaries and their families everywhere.
