6 workouts delivered straight to your missionary email every week so you know exactly what to do for the week! I take the guesswork out of it so you can workout without worrying about what you should be doing.

Each workout will be 30 minutes or less so it fits within your allotted exercise time.

The workouts will be bodyweight, so you can do them no matter where you are serving, or if you have access to a gym or not. There will also be an option to add weight to the workout if you have access to them.

All of the workouts can be tailored to your level, so you can start no matter what your fitness level or experience.

We have a Facebook page where you can ask questions and watch video tutorials of the exercises, if needed. You will receive access to a google drive with all of the video demonstrations as well.

Simple “missionary proof” recipes and/or nutrition tips will also be included in your weekly email.

I’m Kristin Wise, founder of Called to Sweat. I’ve been a certified fitness trainer and nutrition coach for over 21 years. I have programmed and coached thousands of sessions and workouts. My clients are very loyal and stay with me for years because of the effective programming and support I provide.

I have 5 children, one of which is currently serving a mission. He has seen first hand how many missionaries don’t know how to use their exercise time, or feel they can't get a good workout with little to no equipment. This is where I bridge the gap, and provide effective programming so you don’t have to worry about it!
